Visa to Russia

Citizens of many countries need to apply for a visa to visit Russia (http://www.visitrussia.org.uk/visaform/not-need). If you need a Russian visa, you will need an official invitation letter from Organizing committee. In order to prepare the invitation letter, we will need a pdf copy of your passport, information about the place where you will apply for visa (please check the web page of Russian embassy in your country to find the closest location), dates of your arrival and departure, and preliminary itinerary (e.g. arrival to Moscow – Ulan-Ude – field trip – Moscow – departure). Please send this information to Organizing committee well in advance to get the invitation letter. It takes relatively long time (up to one month) to issue an official invitation letter.
